Its public AI work is early and centred on guest search and internal productivity — Ask Bonvoy, an AI search tool in beta since June 2026, plus Microsoft 365 Copilot and an AI coach for contact-center agents. In February 2026 its CEO said that on AI the company is “not even in uniform or on the field.”
