Figures are published by third parties, compiled as-is, and may change. We do not independently verify the underlying data — check the source before acting on it. For reference only; not legal, tax, or investment advice.

AI Adoption Score: FranchisePulse’s own editorial metric of how deeply a system has deployed AI (methodology). The Index publishes no link between that score and franchisee profitability.

#4 of 7 in its sector · -1 vs sector average · best marketing AI 76, lowest training & support AI 64

Accor had 5,836 hotels (881,427 rooms) at the end of 2025, and its Middle East–Africa–Asia-Pacific network is now larger than its European one by rooms. Its AI is unusually concrete for a hotel group: Accor says its AI Travel Concierge resolves 40% of guest queries, its ALL Accor booking app went live inside ChatGPT in January 2026, and an internal copilot, AccorGPT, saves about 2.5 hours a week across 7,000 staff. Accor says AI-driven personalisation of loyalty search is still in development.

A roughly 90%-franchised system of 9,158 hotels (1.35 million rooms) at year-end 2025, per Hilton's 10-K. No AI-branded revenue-management system is currently disclosed; a 2013 revenue-management deployment with IDeaS was never described as AI by either company.
